YAG laser model

Like neodymium glass lasers, Nd:YAG lasers both use Nd3+ as the activating ion, but the energy level width of Nd3+ in neodymium glass is relatively large. The emission wavelength of the Nd:YAG laser is 1.064 micrometers, and the laser linewidth is less than 1 nanometer. A YAG laser is generally composed of a laser rod, a pump lamp, a condenser and a resonant cavity.
